Simple URL Shortener is a trading name for Tenno Networks Ltd. (“The company”) has adopted the following general policy toward copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (http://lcweb.loc.gov/copyright/legislation/dmca.pdf). The address of the company’s Designated Agent to Receive Notification of Claimed Infringement (“Designated Agent”) is listed at the end of this policy. With regard to content hosted on the company’s servers, it is the company’s policy to (1) block access to or remove material that it believes in good faith to be copyrighted material that has been illegally copied and distributed by any of our advertisers, affiliates, content providers, members or users; and (2) remove and discontinue service to repeat offenders.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We terminate access for users identified as repeat infringers upon receiving valid notices. If we become aware of repeated infringement, we take reasonable steps to ban such users.

Simple URL Shortener provides forums, including but not limited to the Business, Marketing, and SEO Forums located at https://support.shorturl.gg/business-marketing-and-seo-forums/, where users may register and post text, images, or other content. Simple URL Shortener does not control, monitor, or moderate user-generated content posted on these forums. As such, Simple URL Shortener shall not be liable for any user-generated content that may infringe copyrights or other rights, whether posted intentionally or otherwise. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe third-party rights. The DMCA procedures outlined below apply to all content hosted on the company’s services, including user-generated forum content. Simple URL Shortener reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove or disable access to any infringing user-generated content upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice.

A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and the notifying party is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.
B. ONCE PROPER BONA FIDE INFRINGEMENT NOTIFICATION IS RECEIVED BY THE DESIGNATED AGENT:
It is the company’s policy:
to remove or disable access to the infringing material;
to notify the content provider, member or user that it has removed or disabled access to the material; and
that repeat offenders will have the infringing material removed from the system and that the company will terminate such content provider’s, member’s or user’s access to the service.
