To purchase a Simple URL Shortener plan package Start with signing up for free account and then go to your dashboard. In your dashboards left menu pane , chose and click the option “Change Your Plan”. Chose the premium upgrade package and the yearly/monthly plan you want and then follow the instructions.

Do you want to use your own custom branded domain?

With Simple URL Shortner you can use your own custom domain name to shorten your links with. We charge one time fee of $75.00 for custom domain setup, (For each domain name). Start with paying the setup fee through our donation page and then email to us through the contact form on our frontpage the desired domain name that you wish to have configured for you by our staff.

Please notice that this requires the purchase of one the two available premium business plans which we offer. If you have a free plan do remember to “Change Your Plan”. Chose the premium upgrade package and the yearly/monthly plan you want and then follow the instructions.

Please do take notice that we do not sell the domain name itself. You have to obtain the domain name from your preferred domain seller.

We do not offer any test period before you buy; instead we recommend that you use the Simple & Free account plan (which is free forever), and test us as long as you want to decide if we’re the right fit for your specific needs as a customer.
Does Simple URL Shortener Offer a Refund Policy?
Yes, we do offer refunds, no question asked within the 2 first days; counting from the initial day and date of purchase . Our terms of service does apply to these legal conditions. We do charge processing fee on refunds to cover our administrative costs. You can read more about our refund policy in our support portal here.
Is Premium Subscriptions Automatically Renewed?
No, the subscriptions to a monthly/yearly premium plan is not renewed automatically. We believe strongly that if you really like our service and what we're doing then you surely would like to keep it! So If you like to continue with the premium service plan then you will need to manually renew your monthly/yearly plan yourself. We will not even nag you about it. No email renewal remainders, no annoying begging emails asking you to renew. Its all up to you! :-)
